Wellmark Announces New Senior Vice President of Operations | Business

Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield announced that Vicki Signor has been promoted to senior vice president of operations. She will be in charge of claims and customer service areas.

Signor has been in the health insurance industry for 33 years, serving most recently as the vice president of Claims Administration.

Signor earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from William Penn University and is enrolled in the Master’s Program at the University of Iowa.
