Cop on Top Fundraiser
Local Polk County law enforcement officials will be at the West Des Moines Wal-Mart this weekend to help raise funds for Special Olympics Iowa.
The Cop on Top fundraiser will feature law enforcement officials outside Wal-Mart taking donations for Special Olympics Iowa programs that help provide training and competition to 11,000 Iowan’s across the state.
Officials will be at Wal-Mart Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The West Des Moines Wal-Mart is located at 6365 Stagecoach Drive in West Des Moines.
