CHASE ARRESTS: Drug Charges Following Chase | News

Des Moines police arrested two men Thursday night after they took officers on a late night chase around the city.
Around 10:00 p.m., Vice and Narcotic officers were watching a car around South 9th Street and Rose. The officers then asked for assistance. When a squad car arrived, the car drove off.
Police chased the vehicle, which finally stopped at 18th and Ingersoll.
Police arrested two men in the car. Bobby Palmer and William Pinegar were booked into the Polk County Jail.
Palmer faces a string of charges, including possession with the intent to deliver and eluding. Pinegar faces possession with intent to deliver, drug paraphernalia and parole violation.
