The Iowa Department of Natural Resources announced on Monday, that Wayne Gieselman, administrator of the Environmental Protection Division is resigning on Thursday, July 21.

Gieselman, 62, has been part of the Iowa DNR since 1999.

Taking his place is Bill Ehm, 58. Ehm was previously the water policy coordinator for the DNR since 2007. He was also a full-time farmer for more than 20 years and continues to grow cash grain in Clinton County along with heading a livestock operation in Union County.
